The Debt Cure is a Morgan Stevens Financial Solutions, LLC Company.

We are a privately owned Debt Relief and Financial Solutions Firm specializing in assisting individuals in re-structuring their personal and/or business debts.

The firm was founded by President & CEO, Steven J. Ladoux and Executive Vice President Dr. Richard Silva, and reflects their vision of combining the best technology with impeccable business management, which in turn produces outstanding results for our clients.

Founders Steven J. Ladoux, and Dr. Richard Silva, are personally responsible for growing the Debt Relief division, known as “The Debt Cure”, into the firm’s most successful area of practice. The Debt Cure provides attorney based credit card and unsecured debt reduction programs.

In order to deliver powerfully and effectively, The Debt Cure has teamed up with The Trial Law Firm of Simon & Bocksch – The Premier Debt Negotiation Law Firm in the United States. This has paved the path to winning results for our clients.

During this period of high security and concern, as well as unyielding economic times most Americans are thinking through financial decisions vigilantly. Concomitantly, The Debt Cure, in conjunction with Simon & Bocksch, has proven to successfully reduce our clients’ debts to a mere percentage of what is actually owed.

In order to produce exceptional results for our clients, it is imperative we understand the trends and current dynamics within the banking and credit card industries.  We do understand and are extremely well-versed with those dynamics. Given the nature of how our struggling economy is affecting American families, the Founders of The Debt Cure©, (a Morgan Stevens Financial Solutions Company), have committed themselves to donating a portion of all profits to “Help the Kids Foundation”.

Founded in 1993 by Lynn Brown, (currently a Morgan Stevens executive), and Chairman of the Board, Steven J. Ladoux, Help The Kids Foundation a private 501(c) (3) non-profit organization, is committed to making a profound and lasting difference through charitable contributions, in support of community organizations benefiting children and families throughout our nation. Our focus is to provide immediate relief to children in crisis, by supplying funds for essential needs.
